Thank you for making the choice to send your student to
Isis District SHS. We are looking forward to working with your family.
Enrolment packs are available in paper form from the school office,
alternatively, each of the forms are available below for you to print and bring
with you.
All new students to the school and their parents/carers
are required to make an appointment for an enrolment interview with a school
administration member. This provides us a chance to get to know the student and to ensure we all have a clear understanding of the school policies. The enrolment
pack needs to be completed prior to this interview.
Year 6 students and their parents/carers who attend a Transition
Information Session regarding enrolment, are able to receive their enrolment packs
at this session. These packs include the process for booking an interview for enrolment
using the online booking system within the specific blocks of time. We hope to
have all enrolment interviews for incoming Year 7 students completed by mid-November
each year to enable the student's inclusion in the Transition program which is
usually at the beginning of the second last week of school.
Students and their family will need to complete either
the paper copy of the enrolment pack (collected from the school) or to download
and complete each of the following documents.
Enrolment Pack includes:
Additional Information:
Isis High Policies and Procedures Booklet (PDF, 4MB) - provides general information on the school, including summaries of policies, transport contacts and routines.
