A school canteen (Tuckshop) provides good wholesome food for students every school day at reasonable prices, in accordance with the Smart Choices policy of Department of Education, Queensland.
The Tuckshop is operated under the auspices of the school Parents and Citizens’ Association and managed by Convenor. A roster of helpers provide ongoing service to students however, volunteers are always welcome by contacting the Convenor on 4192 1236.
It also provides additional catering to such events as staff luncheons, sports days and some outside functions which occur throughout the year.
As it is the most important fund-raising activity that the P&C undertakes we hope that the school community will provide assistance whenever possible and support the Tuckshop, with funds returning to the school to support student learning.
